Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Spearhead the sale of battery in the commercial and industrial sector
· Identify and generate new leads- identify leads according to its possibilities, opportunity and profitability of converting it into an account.
· Provide leadership, direction and management to the team in a manner that ensures exceptional service to all stakeholders and that produces market differentiation and competitive advantage
· Identify where improvements can be made and develop marketing & sales plans and strategies to achieve goals.
· Deliver Sales & Marketing targets and goals for battery and drive business performance.
· Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees
· Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
· evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness
Job Requirement
· Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mining Engineering.
· At least 5 years of battery technical experience and solid background obtained from the industrial or commercial setting; Proven experience of technical sales experience is preferred.
· Strong Business acumen, Dynamic business leader with experience building organizational capability
· Strong strategic thinker, able to develop and implement a growth strategy
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders
· Thrives on challenging status quo, ability to get into details and drive execution
