In this capacity, you will be given the opportunity to leverage on your insights and analytics experience by handling Project Management Office Tools & Reports pertaining to the following functions, Pursuits & Proposals, Project Management, Project Execution, Supply Chain, document Management, Project Quality and Lifecycle Services. This gives you a very vital role in providing insights to stakeholders in support of decision-making efforts through reports, dashboards, and other visualizations on data associated with customers and business processes.
This role is expected to support continuous improvement projects that ensure Emerson consistently meets and exceeds customer’s expectations and provide stakeholders actionable insights to make data-informed decisions.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Create and implement business processes related to Project Pursuit, Project Execution, Life Cycle Services and Customer Care- proposal reports/dashboards requirements.Create new Local or Global reports as driven by business needs as it continues to expandand evolve.Perform scheduled maintenance for the Global Business Intelligence reports.Prepare and communicate reports to all World Area Operations, putting emphasis on their areas for improvement in terms of data quality and integrity.evaluate and analyze impact of business process changes to system interface.Communicate change requests to the system owners/administrators (ex. Add or delete products, create, or change fields) as required by stakeholders and business process.Coordinate with country/world area content reviewers on report content approval and publishing.Prepare and manage S&OP Process for the Business.Prepare report handover documents outlining the guidelines on how to create, monitor, and maintain all MSS reports.FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor of Science degree in any business, statistics, mathematics, or other related fields1-3 years relevant work experience in analytics, business intelligence or insights. Entry Level can be considered for the right candidate.Relevant experience in data mining and analysis, data processing, data visualization and report preparationExperience using Power BI in report preparation, preferred.Experience using Power Automate/ Power Apps preferred.Experience using Visual Basic is preferred.Advanced knowledge on MS Office ApplicationAdvanced knowledge on MS ExcelAbove average communication skills (oral and written)WHO YOU ARE:
