TECHNICAL SERVICES (ENGINEERING) - AVIONICS
evaluates Airwrothiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and other technical publications from the OEM or Aviation Authority and determines the applicability on the company’s aircraft fleet. Issues appropriate In-House publications (e.g., Engineering Orders, and Workorders) to cover the applicable airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and applicable technical publications. For Related Airframe and Systems.Analyzes in-service issues and provide recommendations and/or processes to improve aircraft operations/performance, dispatch reliability and component performance. For Related Airframe and Systems.evaluates and issues recommendations on Aircraft Manufacturer and Vendor proposals for Sunlight Express Airways’ reliability improvements and modifications wherein implementation is technically and economically advantageous. For Related Avionics System of the Aircraft.Provides troubleshooting recommendations to the contracted AMO for rectification of aircraft defects beyond the parameters of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM). Coordinate with the Aircraft/Component Manufacturer as required in order to maintain every aircraft in service. For Related Avionics System of the Aircraft.Periodically reviews aircraft fleet and component reliability in coordination with Sunlight Express Airways’ Reliability Program. Facilitates investigations, provides analysis, and implements solutions on reliability issues affecting fleet operations including recommendation of spare level to ensure continuous and undisrupted operation. For Related Airframe and Systems.Monitors and review technical data and covert it to a working document. For Related Avionics System of the Aircraft.Performs Monitoring and Updating of Sunlight Express Airways fleet Dent and Damage ChartsTECHNICAL PLANNING
Assist Senior Maintenance Planner to review and updates the Maintenance Planning document (MPD) and convert it to a working plan for execution.Assist Senior Maintenance Planner to review and propose aircraft maintenance program changes based on Manufacturer’s recommendation and/or reliability analysis.Assists in planning, organizing, implementing and controlling workload during scheduled checks.Prepares Routine and Non-Routine maintenance work associated with the Line and base maintenance requirements.Schedules and coordinates maintenance requirements with each maintenance provider to ensure capability, Manhours (MH), and ground time requirements are met for the completion of the assigned work.
