Plans, implements, and monitors all Fleet Service section activities and its accomplishment in accordance to Service Level AgreementEnsures that the vehicle master list is accurate, as to vehicle assignment, accountability documentation, transfer history, status, and locationReviews, approves, and monitors daily dispatch vehicle request and schedule, and service fulfillmentMonitors dispatch vehicles as to schedule and location, including control, use and consumption of fuelCreates technical evaluation of vehicle based on incident report during accident caseInspects and evaluates pre-owned vehicles, as requested, for acquisition and disposalMonitors performance of accredited repair shopsMonitors all company and family owned vehicle registration, renewal, transfer of ownership, and other government mandated regulatory complianceReviews and consolidates list of service vehicle with annual insurance coverageReport Preparation e.g. Fleet Card Usage and Fuel Consumption Report, Service Vehicle and Driver Utilization Report, Registration, Renewal, and Transfer of Ownership ReportKeeps abreast on the current vehicle technology and process advancementQualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course, preferably B.S. Mechanical EngineeringWith valid Driver’s License (Professional or Non-professional)At least two (2) years' work experience in related field, preferably with one (1) year supervisory capacityKnowledge on vehicle repair maintenance
