CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – LOGISTICS COMPANY (PASAY)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must be able to start as soon as possible
· Has a strong personality
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
· Willing to accept a project-based role
· Willing to work on-site in Pasay City
· Required requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash (for payroll processing)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides efficient and excellent service in handling calls.
· Provides adequate information pertaining to the rates, cargo status, serviceable areas, nationwide directory of branches/outlets, vessel/voyages schedules, quotations and any other inquiries pertaining to client’s service.
· Responsible for booking and/or cancellation of documents and cargo pick-ups.
· Coordinates with branches/outlets and/or any other 2go satellites through emails.
· Handles Customer Complaints and provide possible solutions, coordinates with the proper authorities for solutions and logs each complaint in the system
· Performs other duties as assigned
