Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree.
✅ Bachelor's of Laws/Juris Doctor.
✅ Has an 5years working experience in a financial or lending industry.
✅ Knowledgeable in SEC, BIR, BSP rules.
Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible to support to the Chief Legal in Head Quarters (China) and Philippine branch.
✅ Responsible to ensure that the documents or information of Legal and ✅ Compliance pertaining to documents, licenses, permits, certificates, etc. of all the companies being handled properly and organized.
