Essential Functions
The Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator will work alongside the Logistics Account Management within an assigned customer account group which may include retail, durable goods, automotive, electronic commerce providers, etc. The Supply Chain Coordinator’s role will include; monitor missing and or Failed Tracking events, appointment setting, document retrieval, OS&D and order entry. The overall goal is to provide Logistics Customers with visibility to freight moving within their network by completing daily assigned tasks.

At least 1 year supply chain or transportation expWith a high-level of PC competence, typing skills and accuracy.Strong attention to detailExcellent in customer serviceEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsExcel SkillsPreferred Skills: (Nice to Have)
