EMAPTA is looking for an experienced Admin and Customer Service Representative for our client-partner in Baguio City.

Overview

Westward360 is a growing property management company based in Chicago, IL (USA), looking for an ambitious, well-rounded employee to assist our Investments Team.

As an Admin and Customer Service Representative, you will work with our Chicago-based team to help us manage and meet our legal requirements with regards to information needed from our clients and vendors. Job duties:

● Work with existing Philippines and Chicago-based personnel to understand all business lines of Westward360 and contribute to the success of the organization as a whole.

● Facilitate daily operations for your management team’s portfolio.

● Monitor and resolve tenant/customer requests via our online ticketing system, Zendesk.

● Answer phone calls from U.S.-based customers and vendors via an IP telephony system.

● Communicate business needs to U.S.-based clients and vendors.

● Research client (AR) and vendor (AP) payment issues.

● More! As our Philippines team’s capabilities grow, we will ask them to help us execute more and more aspects of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Extremely high degree of comfort and fluency in English. This is essential for this job.

● Flexibility with respect to work schedule. We will want this person’s schedule to overlap with our Chicago-based business hours.

● Strong organizational skills.

● High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Suite.

‘Nice-to-have’ / Non-essential Skills and Qualifications:

● Experience in property management or real estate.

● Experience with Zendesk.

● Customer service background.
