Job Description
Together with the Fund Generation Managers and Chapter Administrators or Chapter Representatives, develops and recommends strategies, plans, programs, enterprises, ventures, and/or activities designed to attract revenues for the Philippine Red Cross as well as retention, recognition, and acknowledgment strategies for donors for the approval of the Secretary-GeneralKeeps track of all fund campaign activities of the organization with the end in view of assessing both the successes or failures of fund campaign strategies so appropriate remedial measures may be promptly providedMonitor, receive, and analyze fundraising reports from all chapters, and NHQ fund generation units and submits findings and recommendations to the Secretary-General for information and for possible actions for improvementsAssist chapters and NHQ fund generation units in the development and/or designs of the fundraising proposals/strategies to increase resources generatedMaintain an updated directory of all major donors and exerts active efforts of maintaining friendly lines of communications and partnership to enlist their continuing support for the Philippine Red CrossAct as a resource person or speaker on Fund Generation matters whenever requiredInitiate annual accounting of all financial donations received· Annually develop the departmental goals and ensures that it is aligned with the strategic direction of the organizationevaluate the individual performance of the managers of the fund generation department as well as the department’s performance and provide feedback to ensure that the unit goals are being achievedDevise an effective and efficient task structure for the Fund Generation Department and continuously monitor their workload to ensure that outputs are delivered on time and the quality of work is not compromisedEnsure that all subordinates follow the PRC policies and regulationsAttends executive meetingsParticipate in the development of the organization’s strategic directionPropose and maintain the annual budget of the unitPrepare and submit the monthly and/or annual report of the department to the Secretary-General and Board of GovernorsPerform other duties and responsibilities delegated by the Secretary-General within his or her capacity and Philippine Red Cross MandateJob Qualifications
Must have at least five (5) years of managerial experience in Fund Generation/Resource and other related fieldsMust be a bachelor’s degree holder preferably with Business Management and/or Business Administration or any related course
