Responsibilities/Duties:1. Develop and execute organic and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms markets, and industries.2. Be the social media expert on strategy, policy, and procedures in accordance with the most current regulations, best practices, and branding guidelines.3. Work with key stakeholders to develop integrated industry content and maintain a master schedule for social media programs that aligns with regional plans and sales objectives.4. Develop a regular cadence that supports culture, expertise, and market presence integrating HR initiatives and product lines profiles.5.Create and present monthly KPI reports for paid or organic social activities that highlight wins and opportunities for optimization.6.Remain current on social best practices and share learnings with the marketing and sales teams to continually improve services. Keep up to date on the latest trends, projects, and innovations in social advertising, content, and influencer activations. 7. Identify new and existing social media platforms and opportunities to increase market reach and produce entry and reentry plans to build brand awareness.8. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to establish a strong network.9. Support additional demand generation and customer advocacy campaigns and events as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Typically requires a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience marketing B2B companies with a bachelor’s degree, enterprise software solutions (ERP/CRM/SCM) marketing experience strongly preferred - or relevant agency related experience with corporate level accounts. Strong understanding of the social media marketing principles and execution.Skills and Abilities:· Creative thinker and understanding of positioning the right message to the right audience.Strong understanding of social media platforms, automation and reporting tools.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior management and peers across multiple organizations, geographic regions and/or cultures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to understand technical concepts and explain their benefits to target audiences.Enthusiastic about social media and thrive in a fast-paced environment where deadlines materialize on short notice.Passionate about owning your role, responsibilities, and deliverables and enjoy working on a volume of moving pieces to accomplish an end goal.Experience working with multiple campaigns and multiple stakeholders while staying very organized. Understanding that success is a result of teamwork.Keen understanding of marketing objectives and strategies within a B2B environment.Experience using Hootsuite, Microsoft Office products and the Adobe Creative SuiteStrong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.Strong time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills. Strong desire to undertake ongoing professional study and training.
