To be successful in this role, you should have experience in demand generation marketing for business process outsourcing companies with a specialization in inbound marketing.

You will be a key partner in our inbound marketing efforts across content marketing, email nurturing, social marketing, search marketing, and more. You possess both hands-on campaign execution and tools knowledge around inbound marketing, paid and organic search and social marketing, and the analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on testing and ongoing results. You have an entrepreneurial approach and can both independently and collaboratively conceptualize campaign improvements.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target your campaign personas to optimize their customer journeys and deliver the right message at the right time using inbound marketing methods.Establish detailed A/B testing processes to test content to improve performance.Deliver digital marketing components of strategic account activation campaigns, collaborating across Demand Generation, Event Marketing, Brand, Business Development, and other teams that drive growth, retention, and renewalsCreate regular reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.Work with the content team to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, and events to drive customer acquisition.Identify key target market segments and determine how each group uses digital channels and mediums, then use this knowledge to ensure that all channels deliver actionable content that generates interest and can be measured.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to build programs that support sales enablement.Develop and execute nurturing for prospects as a means of maintaining engagement, relationship building, and moving them through the various lead life cycle stages.Provide support to the business development team by executing various prospecting and lead/customer nurturing campaigns, as well as providing transactional support as needed on individual lead opportunities.Develop and analyze social content performance, paid social performance, and social listening trends and compile key metric reports as needed.Requirements:
Must have:
