Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.). Ability to conduct behavior analysis to define and optimize campaigns with proficiency at end-to-end channel managementDemonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaignsHands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, linked In Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid media/ organic marketing tools and platformsAbility to define data requirements, and use the relevant insights for campaign and strategy optimizationPerform multivariant experiments and A/B testing with clear rationale and defined outcomes for each experimentAbility to understand and analyze customer behavior to better plan and optimize campaigns so as to define requirements and plans across marketing channels, messaging ongoing optimization and agile approach to campaigns from the perspective of modifying budget, channel mix, creative requirements etc.Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshoreAbility to establish and build on working relationships effectivelyAble to calculate and simulate impact of leads generated through digital channel and quantify channel ROICollaborate with Tele sales and Feet on Street teams to understand campaign leads performance and make in-flight adjustments based on feedbacksQualifications:
Overall experience of 5+ years with at least 2+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.). Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaignsExperience of working in Southeast Asia / with Southeast Asian clientsManaging full spectrum of Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical deliveryDesigning interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagementMonitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaignsExposure to analytical and data visualization toolsDeveloping business case for campaign strategies, technology solutionsDeveloping / supporting development of martech platform technologyAbility to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application and assess the applicability of different product technologies to business problemsDesire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding implementations and teams in creating the best solution and ensuring the success of that solutionMust be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniquesGood to Have:
