Job summary:
The incumbent is responsible for developing multimedia graphics/elements (audio and video, print and digital collateral, photo, web) requirements of the Firm. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the AV archives. He/She ensures that all Firm events and relevant activities are well-documented, and is responsible for gathering and supplying footage and materials needed for internal/external plugs, announcements and AVPs. The incumbent must also take the initiative in learning the latest trends and equipment needed in multimedia production.
What you will do?
Coordinates video shoots (talents, timetable, costs, etc.)Coordinates with the Multimedia Head on purchase, maintenance and upgrading of equipment.Prepares multimedia collateral such as email announcements, e-cards, social media cards, PowerPoint presentations, publications and videosOversees the Firm’s archive of official photos of senior personnel, events and coverageAssists with managing the Firm’s web and social media platformsProvides photo and video coverage as neededProvides technical support during live and online meetings and other social functions and in the production of audiovisual presentations.To qualification for the position, you must have:
Bachelor's/College Degree of Marketing/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent.Relevant experience of One (1) to Three (3) years in Multimedia productionAbove average communication skillsAbove average skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications (i.e. Photoshop, Lightroom, Indesign, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.)Photography and videographyMicrosoft office applicationsExperience in digital/using a CMS is a plus
