Social Media Marketing Specialist

OVERVIEW

The Social Media Marketing Specialist has the responsibility to setup, maintain and optimize different company pages on each social media platform. He/she is expected to take on different strategies to engage the target audience. An ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience in social media marketing through various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, linkedIN, Instagram, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field is requiredA Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media (preferred, but not required)Must have the passion and enthusiasm in working using social mediaExcellent communication (written), organizational and time-management skillsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAdvanced knowledge in tools such as MS Office, Hootsuite, Adobe and other means for efficiencyHas the ability to utilize analytics tools to gauge effectiveness of campaignsWorking knowledge in SEO, SMM and the likesExperience in Javascript, HTML, and CSS (preferred, but not required)

JOB DEscriptION

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the QMS brand through organic and paid social media campaignsManages the existing QMS social media accounts whilst identifying other opportunities to increase market reachWork with different departments across the organization to ideate and develop schemes to gain engagements within social mediaStay up-to-date on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media advertisingPresent monthly KPI reports and make recommendations for higher success rates
