about the position
As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media, you will own and manage various paid search, PPC, Display, Programmatic and paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, linkedIn, Reddit and Quora, partnering with various cross-functional teams, from marketing brief to execution, with a proven track record of campaign management, budget management, performance reporting, forecasting and competitive analysis and more.
To be successful in this role, you should be innovative and have proven abilities to implement, optimize and execute B2B paid media initiatives to drive growth and performance at top of the funnel.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plan, manage, optimize and execute global paid search and paid social campaigns and programs to drive the right messaging to the right audiences on the right platform to maximize conversions while minimizing cost per acquisition Strategize and execute integrated paid media campaigns that use multiple channels including but not limited to Google, Bing, linkedIn, Facebook, Quora, Redditt, display, programmatic and more to drive conversions across all phases of the customer journey Working closely across functions to deliver impactful campaigns to increase product awareness, lead generation, driving sales pipelines, and ultimately the ARR. Data-driven decision-making to optimize and execute paid campaigns to drive quality leads in turn helping improve sales velocity Collaborate with Global Field Marketing and Sales team to strategize, architect, deploy and track digital campaigns that drive performance Collaborate with the Organic and content team to implement omnichannel strategies Develop A/B Testing plans for end-to-end Paid media campaigns by applying a growth hacking mentality to improve customer engagement Support executing content promotions and distribution with digital channels Experimenting with new or existing digital channels and trying out new tactics that contribute to a strong ROIWhat you will bring to our team:
Bachelor's Degree At least 5-7 years of experience in Paid Media with hands-on experience Must be able to use paid media tools such as SEMrush, Spyfu, ScreamingFrog, HotJar, Ahrefs and more Proven track record of driving ROAS through data-driven complex campaign setups Excellent understanding of users’ buying behavior as it pertains to the web Strong experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking tool Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally Strong ability to prioritize work and projects based on short and long-term needs Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, especially the ability to think on your feetAvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences and identities.
