Excel, Power point and Outlook)Sales-driven personality, self-confidentAnalytical thinking & PRO-ACTIVEExcellent communication abilities, negotiation and presentation skillsDrive and initiative, self-motivated, results and actions orientedResponsible and committedFlexible and mobile (willing to travel)Team player with proper regard for corporate policies & direct superiorsAs part of our growth, your tasks will be:District Sales Manager will effectively lead the team of Sales Associates, manage performance and set weekly/monthly targets.Visit POS twice a week, maintain good relationship with dealers, solve their inquiries.Control of quality of sales performance, drive quality initiatives.Control and manage sales points efficiency.Execute risk control to drive out fraud.Responsible for hiiring, train necessary skills and sales techniques for SA.Shift planning for SA (max staff during weekends and high season).Check the compliance of SA follow the Company’s regulations about working at POS.Conduct regular meeting with SA.Manage POS supply (POS marketing materials, POS stationery).Prepare regular reporting with SDSM/RSM.
