Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent course
2. Proven work experience in Product & Sales Management
3. Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management
4. Strong problem solving skills
5. Computer literate particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
6. With excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and customer service skills
7. With strong leadership and people management skills
8. Flexible and can work under pressure
Job Description:
1. Creating product marketing communications objectives
2. Conceptualizing programs to achieve sales targets
3. Monitoring daily progress towards achieving sales target
4. Working with the sales team to create product sales strategies
5. Creating long- and short-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management
6. Reviewing inventory levels to ensure product availability
7. Marketing new products with sales and advertising team
8. Scheduling and assigning operational requirements to follow up on work results
9. Handling professional and technical education, trainings, seminars and workshops of sales people
10. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
11. Setting clear direction and defining priorities per shop
12. Ensuring that the standards of the brand are being achieved
13. Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
