● Works with the logistics dispatcher to ensure that all 3PLs are productive, efficient and arrive on time for deliveries.
● Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
● Manages inventory levels to avoid aging and slow-moving products
● Optimize store operations to improve picking and packing time
● Coordinate with product to secure data that will be used in implementing systems and preparing day to day operations
● Oversee the implementation of customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of customer complaints
● In-charge of handling complaints properly and timely
● Support in activities related to logistics operations
● Develop the deliverer training and onboarding guides to build service quality
● Track initiatives implementation, cost effectiveness and service level performance
● Engage in customer service/experience improvement initiatives
● Checks completeness and quality of orders especially HVI (High Value Items), HPI (Highly Pilferable Items) and follows proper procedure of dispatching to delivery partners
● Strictly monitors shelf life and expiration of stocks.
● Safe keeps orders in the storage area.
● Coordinates with Product Team on “Out of Stocks” and “Critical Stocks”
