One of the emerging retail brands in the country is in need of an Operations Manager. The successful candidate, reporting directly to the General Manager, will oversee the end to end operations of the multiple stores of the brand in Metro Manila, and ensure achievement of the target sales.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Operations Management or any related courseFix (5) years working experience in a similar capacity from retail, restaurant or distribution industryProven experience in handling multiple store operations and team from opening, management and salesProficient in POS System and other operating systemsWith strong analytical and interpersonal skillsExcellent English, written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to be based in Mandaluyong, Metro ManilaWillingness to travelFilipino candidates only-
