Job Description:
*This role is central to ensuring our operational teams deliver a high- quality service to DXC's clients across a number of teams.
*Team Leader will have daily interactions with our customers and internal processing teams supporting them to resolve any processing suspensions or quality disputes
*This role entails a lot of coaching/mentoring ensuring the team is performing at a high level at most times
Essential Job Functions:
*Accountable for the overall service delivery and performance of the team
SME and responsible for the day-to- day management of a team of Customer Service Representatives
*Effectively communicate business expectations, provide updates, and ensuring the team is well equipped to delivery excellent service to customers by providing training and mentoring
*Creating and maintaining reports to validate team's activities
*A partner of Quality and Operations Team in monitoring the team's service delivery
*Expertise in Performance/Client Management
Basic Qualifications:
*Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course
*Must have at least 2 years people management experience
*Experience in managing Healthcare or Life Insurance products, services and operations for at least 1 year
*Strong Understanding and Background Healthcare or Life Insurance Product, Services, and Process.
*Flexible working hours- ability to work in shifts and adapt to new demand; Multitasker
*Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other Qualifications:
*Able to do coaching/mentorship
*Ability to do Root Cause Analysis
