Coordinate with the Director of Client Service and multiple CSMs to drive activities for Managed Services clients (monthly reporting, ad hoc reporting, weekly status, etc.) and prioritize simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Assist with managing the FinOps program with the CSM team. Understand cost management of Microsoft Azure, be a super-user of 3Cloud’s Cloud Management Platform for cost optimization, perform research and analysis to optimize spend and provide recommendations to CSMs to communicate clientsKey contact for Managed Services clients who purchase Azure licensing (Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program – CSP clients) from 3Cloud. Drive monthly reporting and be available to respond to requests regarding Azure costs or escalation of any issues.Liaison to 3Cloud’s finance team to help prepare monthly invoices. Data gathering and analysis of client’s environments, understanding of client discounts and Microsoft licensing programs to provided consolidated information that is used to prepare invoices.Assist Director of Client Success to track all client contract expiration dates, kick-off renewal process and track renewal updates.Knowledge owner of the Microsoft Azure licensing programs, including Cloud Solution Provider program and associated incentives. Manage program updates, cost increases/decreases and ability for 3Cloud to take advantage of program incentives.Update the CSM team and liaison to other Managed Services teams for updates on Microsoft programs, invoicing updates, and follow-up on requests from CSP clients.Monitor weekly and monthly report updates and escalate to the CSMs or Director of Client Success when there are issues or quality concernsParticipate in new client onboarding, specifically around the FinOps program and as a liaison to the finance team for invoicing.Manage escalations to the Microsoft premier support team for cost, licensing or program questions.Schedule standing check-in meetings with 3Cloud team membersSchedule monthly check-in meetings with CSP clientsQualifications
Firsthand experience with team coordination and managing priorities within a matrixed organizationStrong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsClient relationship skills and experience managing vendorsA team player, capable of adapting to changeAbility to learn new software and collaborate on the creation of new processes to reduce inefficiencies or ambiguityProficiency in MS OfficeAbility to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment· Work remote, but not alone – with a team filled top to bottom with managed services and financial professionals
· Prefer bachelor’s or associate degree
