Job Description:
Mount and manage online campaigns, collections and related initiatives with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and growth targetsWork closely with the Buying team and Brands to secure brand support and competitive promos, and Marketing/ Membership to secure assets and support to grow online base and reachMonitor and evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvementDrive and monitor progress and timeline of e-commerce initiatives, and create effective internal working processes to support themProvide timely and in-depth reports with data-driven recommendationsConduct market and consumer research and any related analysis, as necessaryJob Requirements:
Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or equivalentWith at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, preferably FMCGPossesses project management and stakeholder management experienceHas excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAmenable to work in BGC, Taguig City and/ or Pasay City
