JOB OBJECTIVE:
Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure achievement of agreed KPIs for the assigned Area/TerritoryExcellent execution of Cycle Plan Programs – from cascade to implementation to liquidation of claimsEnsures optimization of the business potential in the assigned territory by identifying opportunities for reach expansion and adapting the most suitable route to market strategy within the area of responsibilityProvide market intelligence , relevant information observed from trade regarding products, territory (channel, customer, shopper) development, and competitive activitiesEnsures that the sales agents has the right infrastructure to efficiently cover the assigned territoryConducts regular business reviews to update the current performance versus agreed KPIsExperience/ Skills/ Qualities required:
Experience in Area Sales Management at least 3 yearsStrong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customerSelf-motivatedExcellent customer service skillsAble to work well in teamsStrong interpersonal and influencing skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office
