KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
Facilitate development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of annual goals and objectives for site Clinical Operations function that support the mission, vision and strategic initiativesOversee continual readiness reviews, hotline investigations and program reviews, and provides clinical guidance and assistance to leadership and front-line staff regarding compliance with standards and expectationsOversee the development and implementation of a Clinical Training Strategy to support onboarding of personnel and continuously develop Clinical Operations employeesLead and manage a Clinical Operations talent management programDrive quality assurance and quality improvement planCreate, measure and report result on clinical center and distribution functionsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Nurse licensedMinimum 7 years management experienceBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required5 years of experience in cardiac monitoring company or acute care setting such as Telemetry Unit or ICUDemonstrated commitment to high level customer service experienceAble to handle fast paced growth company environmentWork Schedule: Night-shift
