•Must be a Certified Public Accountant
•With at least three (3) years bank audit experience in a supervisory capacity
•Has earned MBA units, or, an MBA graduate an advantage
•Good leadership and people handling skills
•Has high degree of integrity, honesty and professionalism
•Teamplayer
•Proficient in both oral and written English communication
•Computer literate specially Excel and Word
