Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible in verifying PO(Purchase Order) cards presented by the customers.Releasing Metro cards and performing other clerical functions in the departmentEnsure that all payments encoded in the system is accurate, work is correct and error free and within company and regulation policies and guidelinesMaintain and perform monitoring of files for all requests received from Account Holders/Guarantors Renewal and New ApplicationsEnsures the correctness and accuracy of data needed in the presentation of the Official Receipt (OR) to the PO/CC guarantor.Receives filled out PO/CC guarantorship applications and ensures completeness of data entry as specified in the application form.Issues Debit Memo to cardholder if PO card verified is not used on the same day of verification.Qualification:
BSBA Major in marketing or any related courseWith the same experience in the same field.with excellent communication skills both oral and writtenBasic computing and accounting skillsdocumentation and organization skillsWork Location:
