End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experienceCollaborates with the hiring managers to be able to provide support and advice with regards to their hiring plansPartner with local and regional team members in developing and executing hiring strategiesResponsible in identifying and attracting talents at various levels through multiple channels and methodsConducts calibration meetings with hiring managers and recruitment partnersMaintain and manage job advertisements in various portalsMaintain, review and update the talent pipeline and recruitment databaseOrganizes and oversees all stages of the recruitment process ensuring candidate attendance and interview timelinesStructures and negotiates compensation packages with candidates and hiring managersConduct background investigation and due diligence on selected candidatesResponsible in handling pre-boarding requirementsJob Requirements
