KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will:
Provide strategic and operational leadership over Manila HR operations.Collaborate with business leaders in implementing people, process, and infrastructure direction in support of the overall global service delivery.Partner with Department Heads in creating business strategies in identifying organizational and team capabilities.Formulate talent acquisition and talent management strategies in order to attract top talents.Help create a work environment that fosters employee engagement which will aid in driving performance excellence.Work as an advisor in handling employee relations matters.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 10+ relevant experience in HR strategic operationsStrong demonstration of people management capabilitiesExperience in a Global Shared Service and/or Global Contact Center is requiredUS Healthcare industry exposure is preferredWork Schedule: Night-shift
