Jr Human Resources Officer
Qualifications:
· Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology or BS Human Resource Management.
· With at least 3 years months experience in HR department.
· Good English written and communications skills.
· Word and Excel literate
Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Management
· Leads the administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of their current Engagements.
· Tracks departmental and Business Unit measurements that support the accomplishment of the Business’ strategic goals.
· Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Talent Management team
· Prepares periodic reports, as necessary or requested
Performance Management and Career Development
· Ensures that client leadership follow the required timelines as per the Performance Management cycle set forth by the employees’ Business Unit
· Handles inquiries and concerns that may be brought up regarding the Business Unit performance management process
· Ensures that employees’ training hours are tracked and recorded by client team administration
· Tracks the implementation of the employee performance development plans (PDPs).
· Prepares Training Hours Report per assigned Engagements
Organization Development
· Participates in various committees to provide Talent Management support and to monitor activities and completion of goals.
· Tracks the administration and completion of Performance evaluations for the assigned Engagements’ Performance Management Program as necessary
· Assists the planning and implementation of Employee Engagement activities
· Other responsibilities that may be assigned as a result of business exigencies.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
· Must be willing to do shifting schedule.
· Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment
· Effective oral and written communication skill
