· Implementation of Performance management and review of the policy and the process which include being an advisor to the line managers on performance management issues and processes
· Policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes
· Making clear communications on the up to date changes to any policies or processes
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Manage the company-wide employee engagement
· Measure of employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement then recommending action items to address those
· Manage priorities between HR operations and projects
· Properly handle complaints and deal with complex employee grievance procedures or discipline issues Flexible and adaptable to any working conditions
· In-depth understanding and have a strong background in Philippine Labor Law/Employee Relations
· Real-time analysis on a daily basis to ensure employee schedule adherence and management and tracking off-line exceptions.
· Real-time review of Employee Schedule Adherence through the use of available systems
· Review the designated Daily Time Record, keeping systems for compliance and accuracy
· Support Payroll team in reporting and processing employee time records accurately.
· Willing to work on graveyard shift
· Willing to start ASAP
