Job Responsibilities:
· Facilitates the proper administration of company and government legislated benefits by ensuring completeness and accuracy of the following:
1. documentary requirements for benefit availment
2. Signatories required for approval of benefits availed
3. Compliance with the policy provisions and procedures of company and government legislated benefits
· Facilitates proper administration/ conducts relevant studies and recommends improvement to company incentive programs.
· Provides accurate and timely responses to queries on provisions and procedures for availment of various company and government legislated benefits.
· Coordinates with Payroll Section in relation to effecting cash benefits to associates' payroll in order to ensure that implementation is accurate and timely.
· Monitors employee benefits expense to capture budget preparation requirements.
· Monitoring of master list insurance (HMO/ Life Insurance/ GPA) premiums
· Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Nursing, Psychology or equivalent.
· At least 1-year experience in Administration of Government benefits equipped with analytical skills, good interpersonal skills and is service oriented.
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
