Job Description

Delivers documents for the transfer of Titles and Tax Declaration to RD and Assessor’s Office respectively.To process annual business Permit renewal and new business permit applicationTo pay for the annual Real Property Taxes to the respective Treasury department each LGU.Responsible for the request of Certified True Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title and Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration.Submit necessary documents to BIR, City Treasurer’s Office and Register of Deeds.Prepares liquidation of expenses for the petty cash provided by the Department Head as mobilization fund. Scans Transferred Certificate of Title, Tax Declaration and other buyer related documents.Facilitates payment of utilities as instructed by Accounting Team. Coordinate with banks for issuance of Manager’s Checks and payment of BIR related transactions.To perform messenger duties for the company. To perform other task that maybe assigned by Management. Job Specifications Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in any business related course. Knowledgeable in BIR and Register of Deeds processes.Must be computer literate in MS Office (Word Excel and Power Point as well as Outlook. Flexible and can multi-task.Willing to do field work.Must have a driver’s license and knows how to drive a motorbike.
