The incumbent will be assigned to assist Senior Accountants with business information requirements and providing timely, accurate, and complete reports to support these needs.Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities:• Daily Bank Reconciliation through SAP and In-House Software• Process Banking Transactions -- Direct Debits and Third Party Payments; Assist in Compiling Data for Periodic Cost Analysis• Prepare Fixed Asset Reconciliation and Movement Schedule• Prepare/Seek Approval - Company Credit Card Reconciliation• Assist in Preparing BAS Statements and Annual FBT Returns• Prepare and/or Complete AdHoc Reports as Required/NeededMinimum Hiring Qualifications:• Degree Qualified in Accounting/Progressing Towards CPA/CA• 2 Years of Related Working Experience - Accounting&Finance• Knowledge and Proven Experience with Banking Transactions• Understanding & Knowledge of General Accounting Principles• Proven Experience in Completing Financial Reports&Analysis• With Proven Background on Credit Review/Collections&Billing• Knowledge & Experience in Using SAP and Related Software• Demonstrates Business Communication Skills (Verbal/Written)• Strong Organizational Skills and Decision Making Capabilities• Intermediate Proficiency in Excel (Working with Spreadsheets)Get Hired and Enjoy the Following:• Competitive Compensation For All Successful Hires• Business-to-Business Account (Day Shift Schedule)• Exciting Opportunities for Growth and DevelopmentWork Location: UP AyalaLand Technohub, Commonwealth, Quezon City
