Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the new accommodation check-in, on-the-job transfer, leaving and check-out procedures, manage the check-in information and form the management account;

2. Responsible for checking the implementation of dormitory regulations and reporting the violation. Publicize the safety and health knowledge, and do a good job in dormitory fire prevention, anti-theft, fire safety management;

3. Be responsible for the monthly water and electricity meter copy and cost accounting of dormitory, make management account and submit it to finance department;

4. Responsible for the rent coordination and verification of dormitory, and handle the expense claim and reimbursement in time;

5. Responsible for the statistics and processing of the daily repair of the dormitory, track and confirm the condition after maintenance;

6. Responsible for the management of various assets in the dormitory, make management statements, and check regularly/irregularly to ensure that the physical objects are consistent with the statements;

7. Be responsible for coordinating the purchase demand of dormitory assets, and the distribution of unified objects;

8. Be responsible for the management of public facilities in the dormitory to ensure the safety and normal operation of it;

9. Responsible for the supervision and management of articles release in dormitory;

10.Responsible for the shuttle services coordination, scheduling and accurate payment of billings.

Job Qualification:

1.4 years bachelor's degree

2. Knowledge in electrical/ plumbing troubleshooting and dormitory experience is an advantage.

3. Proficient in computer operation, strong sense of service, good communication and coordination skills;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and strong execution ability;

5. Must know how to drive and with driver’s license
