In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to leverage your accounting proficiency skills in providing excellent financial service to Emerson as a member of the Global Financial Services Manila organization.If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Quezon City, Philippines.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Process intercompany invoices in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system following three-way matching principleResearch and investigate to clear disputed invoices and provide recommendationClear differences between subledger and ledger by performing Accounts Payable to General Ledger reconciliationReconcile Intercompany Statement of Account versus ledger and prepare Goods in Transit and accrual entriesResolve intercompany imbalancesPrepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirementsFOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related degree1.5 years of relevant experience in General Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, Audit or PayrollWorking knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standard Board regulation.Practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, etc)Intermediate to advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. WHO YOU ARE:You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done.
