RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary functions of this role include but are not limited to. Adding data on a spreadsheet and placing that into our internal systems (RPM/BO) Continually updating our internal account matching system to the correct agent orders Research / load opportunities carrier system (T-Mobile)Creating Quotes/Tasks/Cases for tracking purposes in our internal systems Salesforce Opportunity Flipping Adding orders to internal system/SalesforceQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent Basic Excel skills Excellent writing and communication (written and verbal) Basic Computer knowledge Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook)PREFERRED SKILLS
