Attends daily employee/client's health needs and facilitate the transfer of patients that needs emergency careAdministers first aid and basic life support when the need arisesTelemedicine across AORCollaborates with a physician, co-nurses, and OSH Supervisor/Manager to devise individualized care plans for patients/employeesDispenses over-the-counter drugs and prescribes medications accordingly.Manages, facilitates, and maintains systematic filing and storage of employees’ records in matters of Pre-placement Examination, Annual Physical examination, and other relevant records, and reportsPerforms on-time Medical Certificate validation and issuance of Fit to WorkEnsures accurate Clinic Trackers for Employee Health Monitoring such as but not limited to Covid Monitoring, Telemedicine, and EHS AppPrepares and maintains Monthly Clinic Operation Updates, Annual Medical Reports, and other pertinent reports as requiredAre you excited to experience Life at Home Credit PH?
