This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and concrete insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Responsibilites
Coordinating closely with the Medical Director, Corporate Health Specialist, Account Management, Actuarial and Broking and Business Development Team on any matters / concerns related to Pulse and data analytics,Ensuring data quality assurance and coordinates closely with panel carriers / insurers on any concerns and issues related to data upload thru SFTP including timeliness of data feedsWorking closely with Senior Analysts and Actuaries for all of the client health actuarial analysis on specific client teams.Identifiying areas where processes or services can be streamlined and/or improvedActively participates in utilization management discussions, data storytelling and proposing health interventionsEnsures that all client business rules, operational processes and compliance regulations are followed and met.Works collaboratively with team members and provides support in any way to deliver set goals in relation to data analytics, health risk management and wellbeing promotion.about You:
