This role is focused on supporting external partners in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative strategies for clients by generating and presenting valuable and practical insights that are relevant to their needs and to the wider Aon business.

Job Responsibilities:Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable dataVerify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve compensation and survey input issuesRespond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretationDevelop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communicationsRecognize, understand, and translate client questions, comments, and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignmentsConduct client training webinars, as neededAssist in the production of compensation and survey reports and review, design, and modification of reports for client useAssist in recruitment and training of junior associatesAssist in various ad-hoc projectsSuggested Skills and Experience:1 – 4 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experience; fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to applyAbility to work independently in a data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituentsMust be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of dataOrganization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a teamProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and WordProcessing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skillsAbility to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issuesHas an “eye for detail,” while not losing focus of the bigger pictureExcellent written and oral communication skillsEducation:Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
