JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In charge of research statistics, general documentation, pre-screening, and evaluations of New Potential products and Research & Development (R&D) driven products
• In charge of communications, general documentation, pre-screening, and evaluations of New Potential suppliers and Research & Development (R&D) driven suppliers
• Contacting and establishing relationships with suppliers for long-term business development
• Leads product assessment/reviews against government regulations and corporate standards for supplier and product quality
• Execute the activities assigned and ensure proper coordination with the cross-functional team
• Prepares and maintains records of Foreign agency agreements, CDA, MOU, and other highly confidential documents
• Conduct necessary research and data gathering to understand, market trends, Market gaps,
• evaluates emerging technologies and market-based trends in his/her category and assesses implications and applies to a current portfolio in the area of new product and brand value optimization
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in R&D for pharmaceuticals
• Professional License is required
• Training/certification is not required but is a plus
• Must have a thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing, Laboratory, Distribution Practices) requirements
• Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Office applications required for presentations and reporting
• Must be knowledgeable on FDA registration guidelines and regulations
• Knowledge of research principles, concepts, practices, and methods
• Knowledge of scientific laboratory research techniques
• Amenable to working in an office-based setup
