Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:
1. Process documents of all approved fuel sales orders (SO's) and ensure that tank trucks move out of the terminal /depot on schedule or within the delivery lead time.
2. Ensure accurate and on-time shipping of delivered/withdrawn actual sales orders in oracle system.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Process and document all approved fuel SO's
1.1 Confirm from the Foreman the actual availability of products on each working loading bays
1.2 Monitor approved SO of all ordered fuels from Order Coordinator through Oracle system and updates Summary of Unlifted Sales Orders
1.3 Communicate and coordinate with Road Transport Scheduler regarding tank truck matching as per SO requirements
1.4 Print and fill-up delivery documents such as Releasing and Receiving Inspection (RRIC), Delivery Receipt (DR), Transhipment Order Advice (TOA), Trip Ticket Form, WC,COQ and SI (for special accounts) to classify deliveries according to customer's requests.
2. Handle shipping and updating of all SO's released within the day in the Oracle system
2.1 Ship confirm through Shipping Transactions module all dispatched fuel SO's according to each product and volume descriptions
3. Coordinate with respective departments regarding issues/concerns pertinent to status of fuel deliveries
3.1. Inform Order Coordinator/Scheduler of the status of deliveries such as assigned tank truck logged in time or its failure to report, updates Gate-to-Gate Metrics Tool to make truck movement visible.
3.2. Receive from Foreman the filled up Returned Goods Authorization Form (RGAF) for backload delivery/products and informs Order Coordinator for systems update.
3.3. File consummated delivery documents such as RRIC, TOA, RGA, WC.
3.4. Collate and transmit acknowledged DR, RGA,Trip Ticket and SI.
3.5. Monitor dispatching supplies, forms and materials
4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
