DUTIES AND RESPonSIBILITIESManages litigation portfolio, which include civil, criminal, labor, administrative and intellectual property cases, as well as cases appeal, and issues brought for grievance, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.Prepares and reviews contracts and renders legal opinions on operational and commercial transactions.Renders legal support in connection with claims and disputes (actual and potential) involving various companies.Responsible for corporate compliance and housekeeping; drafting and/or review of commercial contracts and corporate legal documentations, including the negotiation and approval thereof in connection with identifying and reducing business risks. .Provides legal guidance and strategic assessment on various corporate and commercial projects.Attends to legal requirements of internal business units and provides legal advice in the formulation, interpretation, and implementation of various corporate policiesQUALIFICATIonSAt least 5 years relevant experience as a lawyer / legal counsel (preferably in a firm)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
