Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle the litigation cases of the CompanyAssist in reviewing contract and agreementsAssist the HR Department in the implementation of the Code of DisciplinePreparation of minutes of the meetings of the stockholders, Board of Directors and Executive CommitteeRegistration and maintenance of the trademarks and copyrights of the Company.Qualifications:
Bar passer / degree of Bachelor of LawMinimum 2 years related work experience preferably in a law firm setting-
