We are URGENTLY HIRING for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to be part of our UK TELCO ACCOUNT!!!
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Perform customer verification
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Qualifications:
• Need to have at least 6 months experience in the BPO company
• Need to be at least High School (Old Curriculum/SHS graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have the knowledge and ability to navigate computer and web-based applications
• Can multitask and work with diverse people
• Upbeat and highly motivated
• Work onsite setup
