about THE ROLE
Reporting to the Hirer Marketing Lead under the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for assisting in developing marketing strategies for our brands which target our hirers/employers. As this is focused on the business-to-business side of marketing, you will assist the hirer marketing lead in making sure hirer marketing goals are met. This includes, but not limited to, creation of proposals and presentations, aiding in reviewing online and offline campaigns via content calendars, coordination with internal and external partners and stakeholders, and providing support to our day-to-day functions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Help in daily marketing administrative functions which are, but not limited to, content calendar management, coordination and collaboration with team re strategy, campaigns and promotionsAssisting with marketing creatives (copywriting, visuals, etc)Researching B2B marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordinglyAid in preparing marketing proposals and presentations based on company needsHelp in monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms, adjusting outreach tactics as neededSupport mobilization of offline and online hirer campaigns such as EDMs, social media, other relevant tasksAssist in coordination with hirer new and existing partnersREQUIREMENTS
Student or graduate of any 3-4 marketing or business course in the PhilippinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to translate complex research into common languageProficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (MS Office)Aptitude with various social media platformsAbility to quickly learn and process informationOrganization and time management skillsWillingness to learn in a dynamic workplace having a multi-cultural setting
