Job Summary:

Daily prospecting activities, including: Inbound and Outbound phone calls, emails, web-research, data-entry and data management in Salesforce.comEnsure accurate collection, and entry of prospect/company data in Salesforce.comEnsure accurate and complete documentations of call activities and details in Salesforce.comCollaborate with Sales Operations analysts on list scrubbing for specialized campaigns/targetingConduct outbound phone calls and email campaigns to generate awareness on RealPage solutions and events/webcasts/roadshowsOn a daily basis, qualify prospects through established qualification guidelines and criteria to uncover specific opportunities and move through the sales funnel and schedule appointments with specific account representativeConduct follow-up calls to qualify prospects inquiring additional solutions information through company’s websiteProcess add on orders for new and existing accounts, provide product pricing, quote proposal and set proper solution implementations expectationsDeliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email for internal and external customers. Provide a positive and supportive experience on all point of interactions.Complete regular training and/or certifications on product or market updates, process updates, data management and soft skillsPerform to established key performance metrics, including personal and team goals to contribute to and execute a strategy for Sales Organization

Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

At least second Year College or bachelor’s degree of any filed.Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience lead generation, tele-sales or sales database roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills requiredStrong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook etc.,Detail-oriented and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently with strong focus on critical deadlines and timely results.Self-motivated and able to multi-taskMust be willing to work in a Graveyard Shift.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills / Abilities:

Preferred experience working with B2B programs, transactions or clientsPreferred hands-on experience with a CRM or database solution such as Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics, Oracle or SAPTeam oriented with good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with co-workers and other internal departments
