Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
·Continually and effectively working with all internal departments (DCM, Ad Ops, MST) for campaign execution improvements
·Maintain a line of communication between the Account Director and internal Refuel teams
·Create and conduct internal program guidelines prior to the start of the campaign (kick-off calls)
· Resolve client billing discrepancies and issues as they arise
·Assist in identifying and resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner
·Coordinate between Refuel divisions on constructing the media plan
·Present media plans in conjunction with the sales lead to client/agency
·Keep a proactive mindset to identifying issues and developing solutions
·Manage all aspects of the planning, buying, and billing process for an order
·Create post-campaign reports as required on a campaign-by-campaign basis
Qualifications:
· At least 1 plus year of project management experience.
· College Degree, BS or BA required,
· Well organized, strong attention to detail, stellar follow-up, and excellent written/verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, accounts, and stakeholders
· Experience with project management systems is a plus
· Excellent organization and communication skills
