JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Caption creation /reply/ post engage with customers
· Organic posting in related groups and commenting on related hashtags
· Email / talk / influencers
· Monitoring and tracking deliverables of influencers on their social media
· Coordinate for enrollment and order with other online shops like Lazada/ Shopee/ Beautymnl
· Answer customer service hotline on shipping and FAQ concerns
· Contacting other media outlets for interviews or write up
· Facebook/ IG audience analysis and ads insights
· Remain knowledgeable on products offered, and discuss options with customers when necessary
· Act as Social Media and Website Moderator
· Assist in additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/ College Degree in Marketing or any business-related courses
· With 1-4 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing/ Social Media Management or equivalent
· Required Skills: Website Moderator, Design Conceptualization, Product Knowledge, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics
· Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
· Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
· High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported
· Possesses creative flair, versatility, conceptual/ visual ability, and originality in work
· Knowledge of the latest Google/ Facebook / Instagram algorithm is an advantage
· A network of influencers is a plus
· Knowledge of Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada platforms is also an advantage
