WHAT IS AN INBOUND SALES CONSULTANT?
Our awesome client, a leading tyre shop company based in AU is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to be part of their team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Sales: answering inbound customer enquiries by phone, building rapport, follow up and converting (no cold calling)online Chat with potential customers through our live chat platformResponding in a prompt and timely manner to enquiries through designated social media channels.Building of rapport with customers while providing a solution to their circumstancesTaking customer payments through Afterpay, Openpay and Zippay when requiredContinuous improvement of industry and product knowledgeWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Reporting to the Support Centre Manager while working with your Team Leader the desired candidate will possess the following qualities:
Experience in a contact centre industryExperience in a sales environment; upselling backgroundExcellent communication skillsA desire to make the customer journey as easy as possibleA passion for meeting and exceeding KPI’sThrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentHighly engaged and collaborative, you enjoy being a key member of a high performing teamTo be able to understand the simplicity of what our customers wants, and needs are.Tyre Knowledge will be advantageous - but interest in cars will do!
