Our office is based in Legazpi, Bicol; however, we are looking for a fantastic sales executive to join our team. Apply at bit.ly/work-at-pandr JOB DEscriptION:-Provides sales-focused strategy and feedback to the leadership team.-Must have a deeply operational mindset and make decisions based on data.-Accountable for focusing on sales growth and building a pipeline.-Manage relationships with brand partners to foster business growth and development; ensure brand partner compliance.-Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.-Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions-Provides leadership to the client services department and counsel to the CEO and executive leaders to implement client and growth objectives that align with business goals.-Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities-Set specific quarterly or annual sales goals.-Handle RFP generation and fulfillment-Lead sales team to improve effectiveness and productivity of sales targets.-Attend conference, meetings and industry events as needed-Calling warm leads in the US to educate and start the onboarding process for them to outsource QUALIFICATIONS:-5 + years experience in sales within any field-1+ years experience in BPO sales (B2B sales)-Fantastic written and verbal English -Experience in selling over zoom is advantageous
